From ‘INFORMATIVE’ Province of Brazil month of August 2021

The month of August is dedicated to prayer, reflection and activities in the communities on the theme of vocations in this way each Sunday the Church highlights a specific vocation; priestly, matrimonial, religious and lay.

As a Congregation we experienced this time very intensely and we had the grace of inserting three young people into the Pre-Novitiate.

Between the 2nd and 9th of August, classes were restarted in our schools with great commitment and, dedication and creativity, our students were welcomed.

Celebrating the matrimonial vocation, our schools paid homage to the students’ country with the celebration of Holy Mass

On August 15, Solemnity of the Assumption of Our Lady and Religious Vocation Day throughout Brazil, our Congregation carried out an extensive program; there was the conclusion of the vocational meeting organized by the vocation leaders and the coordinating Sisters of the youth vocation field.

In the morning we had the grace of admission with the celebration of Holy Mass presided over by Dom Carlos, of three young people: Antônia de Jesus, Alessandra Rodrigues and Débora Grinfell who begin the formative stage of the Pre-novitiate. They will be accompanied by Sister Paula Leticia, in the city of Inhangapi.

The team responsible for ongoing formation organized an online meeting in the afternoon. Suor Alessandra Bonifai, General Councilor, assisted the meeting using the document “The Gift of Fidelity, the Joy of Perseverance”.
